Wine of the Day : Macanita a delicious Portuguese Duoro

Today I bought at my favorite wine shop Saudade, a Macanita from 2013. The wine is made from the grapes Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz (Tempranillo). The Vineyards are located inside the Douro near Pinhão. Its a full bodied wine with red and ripe fruit taste. I love to drink it in the evening. It is however great with a meal. I score it 4/5
