At definitely one of the last summer days and BBQ I opened a dutch Apostelhoeve brut x11. It is served in star restaurants and has been serve at the KLM business class. a well made wine with mineralogy, and not soo many fruity tones. Missed the acidity from the rieslings. Its not my type of brut 3/5
